We are a long established company and believe in fair and honest trading. Should you be dissatisfied with our product or service for any reason, our policy is to resolve the problem in a fair and timely manner.
Because of the inherent dangers of product tampering we will not accept product back for return unless we have sent you the wrong product. However please do email us first if you have a problem so we can advise how to we can resolve the matter.
Credit Cards. If you have a credit card issue then please contact us so that we can check our records before you contact the card issuer.
